We changed over 4 years ago. This was when our steriliser did not meet MHRA specs and we would have had to buy an ultrasonic cleaner and new steriliser capable of vacuum packing. We were also unable to track instrument to patient use which was also being recommended at that time. The MHRA have several documents which could help you argue a case.
